Discount Hydroponics ships all over Canada from Canada and we provide all shipments with a tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number.
Most shipping carriers do not ship to PO boxes. If you enter a PO box for your shipping address, Discount Hydroponics might have to contact you to provide an alternative delivery address.
Please note that tracking information might be updated between 1 to 3 business days after your order has been shipped.
All orders will be charged shipping as we have lowered our price rates to ensure you end up a winner.
We reserve the right to cancel & refund any package where we cannot economically ship an item to. If this happens you will be refunded in full and notified of the issue. We can ship to most parts of Canada except the Territories, and extreme rural areas.
All orders placed through Discount Hydroponics come with discreet shipping.
There may be up 1 to 7 business days of Handling Time before your order is shipped.
Note that due to the current situation our shipping handling time may experience some delay.

Are there any exceptions to shipping?
Yes, for certain provinces & territories and for some heavy products we can ask you to pay a surcharge.
Extra charges can be applied for :
- Tailgate, Additional service such as : Appointment – Delivery inside the building – Second delivery – etc
Are there some places in Canada where you don’t ship to?
We do our best to ship everywhere but certain exceptions may apply to the following provinces & territories : Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT) & Nunavut (NU).If you are living in those concerned areas, please contact us before placing your order at [email protected]
Do you ship outside Canada?
We currently don’t provide shipping outside Canada.
How long can a expect to wait for my shipment to arrive?
Canada is a big country ! It depends but as a general rule, if you live in Ontario/Quebec, you can expect 2 to 4 business days. For other provinces, you should expect between 3 to 9 business days.
Also, there may be up 3 to 10 business days of Handling Time before your order is shipped. Do not hesitate to contact us if you want an Express Shipping option.
I only received a part of my order, is this normal?
We have different warehouses, so some products might arrive on different days / different packages. Don’t worry! You can always contact us if you have any questions.
One or multiple products are damaged or missing, what should I do?
You will have to contact [email protected] Please don’t forget to mention your order number and to send us a picture of the package you have received.
Which company do you use to ship your products?
We ship all our orders with Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Dicom and Canpar. If you have a PO Box address we will ship with Canada Post but please also provide a physical address. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
