The EZ‑CLONE Aeroponic Plant Cloning Systems utilize water in the Reservoirs but the cutting (plant) is placed in our cloning collars and suspended in the air from the top of the Lid for maximum exposure and utilization of oxygen. It is critical in the delicate rooting process to expose the roots to oxygen versus leaving them in standing water. Standing water has a higher likelihood of introducing bacteria, disease, and dreaded fungus to your delicate cuttings.
