Amp Calculator

Verify that your installation is safe. This calculator helps to know the totality of amperes used by your ballasts and bulbs on one circuit. It also tells you the minimum power required of the circuit breaker to prevent overload so that your installation remains safe.

This calculator takes into account the type of ballast used (electronic, magnetic or neon type). You will notice that electronic ballasts use less amps that magnetic ballasts, which allows to put more on the same circuit.

*Caution, make sure the wiring grade used can support electricity requirement of your installation.
*This information is for informational purposes only.
Always have all your electrical installations inspected by a certified master electrician.

Lumen calculator

Check the intensity of your light bulbs
This calculator lets you know how many lumens are received by your plants. It takes into consideration the type of bulb and model of ballast used. 375 lumens for planting will be sufficient
2500 lumens are required for the GROWTH cycle
10,000 lumens or more are required for the BLOOM cycle
If you do not reach the minimum required lumens in the center or periphery of your garden try lowering your light bulb, if this do not work, change your bulb.

pH Charts

Check if your plants are in the comfort zone.

The chart allows you to check if your plants get all the nutrients necessary for their development or if they are waiting for a specific element
The shortcomings begin when an item becomes available at least 60% of the plant.

You'll notice that plants grown in soil or compost need a pH less acid than those grown in hydroponics or coco.

grow room light calculator Watts

This Hydroponic calculator predicts the amount of lights needed for your growing area. 50 watts per square foot is the minimum required for abundant flowering. Adding a reflector as well, will help cover all areas of culture.

CFM calculator

Grow room fans serve an important function by removing humid air from your home to prevent mold and mildew from forming. Vent fans are rated by the number of cubic feet of air they move per minute (CFM), and it’s important to buy a large enough fan for the size of your Grow room. That’s why we developed this handy grow room vent fan CFM calculator!

This calculator helps to know the right air fan to install to properly ventilate your room.

Amp Calculator

Verify that your installation is safe. This calculator helps to know the totality of amperes used by your ballasts and bulbs on one circuit. It also tells you the minimum power required of the circuit breaker to prevent overload so that your installation remains safe.

Reservoir Volume Calculator

Estimate the total capacity and filled volumes in gallons and liters of tanks such as oil tanks and water tanks. Assumes inside dimensions of the tank. Volume of a Square or Rectangular Tank

VPD calculator

The vapour pressure deficiency (VPD) of a grow system directly affects plant growth and development.
Enter your system temperature and humidity conditions to obtain its VPD value. Use our VPD calculator above to see what VPD levels are right for your crop.
